Describe the mounting surface
Concrete, masonry, steel and soil require different connections. Describe the substrate and any waterproofing. Dimensions or photos alone do not replace fixing design.
Understand the scope
The quotation must list glass or infill, profiles, posts, connectors and accessories. Ask about excluded parts. Installation is included only if explicitly agreed.
Delivery and unloading
Provide the country and postcode, plus access or unloading restrictions. Transport costs, packaging, unloading conditions and timing are set out in the quotation. No standard lead time is promised here.
Price, payment and ordering
A project enquiry is not an order. A confirmed price, tax treatment, payment terms and agreed specification must be available before ordering.
Technical documents
Request the product sheet, installation instructions and, where relevant, test documents for the system and assembly. Product combinations, loads and anchors must suit the specific project.
